At PCR, running is a team sport. Every athlete who crosses the finish line is supported by dozens, if not hundreds, of friends and family members. In the same way, everything that we do as an organization represents the efforts of many talented individuals and groups pulling together to turn a shared vision into reality. The core of our organization is our staff, which is 145 strong. Their energy, dedication, and passion match that of the best athletes in the world. Every single one is a contributor and a key to our success and ability to fulfill our purpose and live up to our vision. Our team is also supported by thousands of volunteers, multiple agencies in Jaipur City, our sponsors and partners, and our board of directors.
